Hi there! I'm looking for a roommate, preferably mid 20s+ who feels the same way about "home" as I do. I am not really someone who enjoys having lots of guests all the time, though of course significant others are fine and the occasional hang out or dinner party is great.
I am clean and I'd love to be friends, but I have a really demanding job so I tend to want to be chill at home. I have a cat who is super friendly and sweet so someone who enjoys cats is a must. I enjoy reading, food, going to shows, watching movies and hanging out with friends in nature. I write poetry and try to keep my various art practices up at home. Mutual aid is important to me and I plan on getting involved with groups once I am settled in a new home in the city, maybe that is something we can do together!
I am an active person and tend to workout at home, go on runs, and I recently started climbing which I love!
Very very covid conscious so guests are something I'd like to have really great communication about, fully vaxed roommate is a must who plans on getting booster shots when they're available! I spent the last year in Portland Maine and am excited to get back to the city but straight up I'm terrified of getting covid so lets chat about that hehe. I am queer so lgbtq+ friendly important.
Basically I wanna live with someone who shares my values and is open to communication and a nurturing home space where we coexist honestly and happily. My budget is preferably under $1000 but I'm willing to go up to $1100. :)
