Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a current 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in the East Village. Looking for someone who can sublease from Febuary 2023 - July 2023. The rent is $1950. The apartment has central air, dishwasher, laundry in unit. Renovated fixtures, really nice bathroom. Not really much common space (we just have a table in it) but the bedroom has space for a desk, a full bed, and a full closet.

Location is amazing, around the corner from Tompkins Square Park but on a quiet street. Roommates are 2 postgrads working in the city - occasionally WFH. Occassionally hang out - trivia nights at bars, board games, etc.

Looking for someone to sublease. Rent - $1950 Internet - roughly $20 utilities - roughly $50.

This apartment is pretty amazing, can't beat the amount of amenities it has given its location.
