Child friendly a must, single mom and my four year old daughter lives with me 100% of the time, I will be a very busy full-time student for the duration of the lease, out of the house 6 days a week, my daughter will be in preschool or childcare when i am not home . Prefer someone without a dog(s), she is scared of them, unless it is a very friendly well trained dog, non aggressive breed and use to small children. If we are going to find a new apartment then may need one that accepts a guarantor for me since I’ll be a full-time student or may try to apply with my current income. Budget is flexible but the lower the better , I prefer our own bathroom (not a deal breaker) and a washer and dryer on site (in unit even better). A pool would be great too but definitely not a must.

January 2026 is when I must move in by and then until January 2027 I’ll be done with school so I could move out by then. If there’s a lease currently I could move in a month earlier or maybe even sooner if I find a replacement for the lease I’m on now. Then preferably it can be month-to-month to extend until January 2027
