I am a father of 2 boys in a blended marriage as she has 3 children. We have decided to go our separate ways and I will be looking for a new place. I am a huge sports fan and baseball card collector. Fortunately, I have a remote position at my place of employment so I would be home most of the day and week. I am not a neat freak but do like a clean environment and will be extremely respectful to and sensitive to your space. We can be friends or keep to ourselves but I prefer friends as that would make the living arrangements much more pleasant. I look forward to your replies.
