Lease will ideally start 9/15, with 10/1 at the latest but all roommates must agree. Greenpoint is an inviting, friendly, community oriented neighborhood, with quick commutes to Manhattan.
A little about me/what I’m looking for in roommates:
Hi, I’m Kristina (she/her)! I’m kind, clean, and courteous of others. I love art, music, and all creative pursuits, enjoy thrifting, am a huge fan of dogs, love yoga and wellness, try to be kind to the planet, and value community.
My ideal apartment environment is a cozy oasis-with kind people who feel safe and accepted at home together there. Looking for open communicators who like sharing a space but also having time to themselves.
I work full time, M-F in production pottery doing glazing in the South Bronx. (With commute/overtime I’ll likely be gone from around 8a-7/8p during the week.) I shower at night, cook only quick and easy meals at home, and do some occasional baking(to share!).
I would be thrilled with a calm, quiet dog, but all roommates would have to agree!
I am 4/20 friendly but would prefer the apartment to not smell as such.
I have kitchen supplies and some living room furniture already, but would like the living space to feel homey to all roommates.

Features high ceilings, a huge living/dining area, central ac/heat, stainless appliances, exposed brick, a soaking tub, and hardwood floors throughout. Located on a quiet, tree lined street, just steps from McGolrick park. 13 minute walk to either the G or L, and several laundromats nearby. No fee!
