I’m a work-from-home professional in my 50s, (but very young at heart!) I am a non smoking, social drinker with a wicked sense of humor who enjoys a good laugh - especially at myself. I lean right politically and appreciate like-minded individuals. I’m neat, respectful and respectable, trustworthy and honest. I enjoy trying new things, am very social, however, I don’t have lots of guests and would not have overnight guests as a courtesy to my roommate(s). I’ve been separated from my husband for 4 years, however we remain great friends - so no drama! I have 3 grown children, 2 married and 1 with the 1st g-baby on the way. I’m currently in N. Scottsdale and have been here in the same vicinity for 21 years. I’m looking for a room/roommate so as to reduce debt incurred since my separation. I would also be open to someone looking for a roommate who wants to apartment share. My lease goes through August and I would love to stay here, however, locating a suitable roommate has been challenging. I have my own furnishings and while I could put most in storage, I prefer an unfurnished room so I can use my own furniture - especially my own bed. I also would need to set up my work space in the room. I prefer an age group of 40s-50s, and female only.
