We are a long time couple from NY/NC who have lived all over the US and finally settled into our first home this year. Ben (40) is a full time engineer working from home and Callie (33) is a full time student at MSU. We love to get outside as much as possible and spend a lot of time at the slopes in the winter. We have an old black lab and a shy tabby cat. 420 friendly. The house is 1,200 sqrft ranch style with a fenced back yard and garage. All common spaces are shared and you have the private master bedroom and bathroom. We cook often and have a grill and smoker for use.
