I am now running Strategic Partnerships for a New York-based firm. I am also part of a 501c initiative as well for underserved communities. I am a DOG mom of two, don't panic they are small in total, maybe 30lbs. Older and mellow. On the shy side till they warm up. My kids are in the mid-west with their own lives. I rent a super large apartment now, and it is not a quiet community, I have chosen to not resign my lease. I will need a place in the month of November mid to end of the month. for the right spot, I can move in sooner. Good solid credit history, reliable and respectful housemate, I spend all my time in my room, I work from home and am in zoom meetings, or using social channels most of my day. A loud bustling home would not work out. My dogs chill with me in my space, a doggie gate can be used, no free roam for you to worry about. I can walk them for exercise. A private bath is preferred. I want to turn a space into my own little studio. I will have a couch and an office area. So it can't be small. I do not smoke, do not use any drugs of any kind. No drama in my life of any kind. :) I enjoy my quiet laid back life. Love the outdoors in the fall and winter seasons most. An empath who feels mindset is everything! Health and wellness-minded, I am in my 50's! Young spirit, just beyond party years. so be great to find someone in that same zone at any age.
