Hey everyone! I have one bedroom open in a 2 bedroom 1 bath in Wicker Park on N Winchester and North Ave. This location is amazing, I seriously love it! It’s a 5 minute walk to the Damen stop and tons of bars and restaurants nearby like Paradise Park, Whiskey Business, Piece Brewery, and Swig to name a few. The rent is 1000 a month plus utilities. There is easy permit street parking. I never have trouble finding a spot. The bedroom can fit a queen(that is what is pictured) but a full may work better in the space. There is a decent size backyard which is perfect for grilling! Free laundry in building. Immediate move in available and lease ends in July 2022. A little about me, I’m a Supply Chain Analyst, I work in the suburbs and go into the office 3 days and work from home 2 days a week. I’m 27 and moved to Chicago from Michigan a few months ago so still fairly new to the city. I like to go out to bars and explore the city on the weekends and usually keep it lowkey on the weekdays. I have 2 small dogs both around 10 pounds. They are both super sweet and potty trained. Unfortunately no other pets are allowed. I like to keep the common areas clean and looking for a roommate who does the same. I am 420 friendly so I prefer a roommate who is as well.
