About Me

My name is Avery, and I am looking to move to the city around the 1st of august. I’m currently living in Orlando graduating with my A.A, and would be transferring to a college in the city for Mass Media Communications. After I graduate, im hoping to work in the film industry. I love watching movies, painting, music, trying new things, going on walks and adventures. Im always down to try new restaurants and im looking forward to bottomless mimosas on sundays. Im very laid back as a person and a roommate. Nothing really bothers me as long as there is mutual respect between us. I don’t mind bringing the party home as long as everyone is comfortable with it and so on.

Im really hoping to be friends with my roomies because I’ll be mostly new to the city, and I love exploring the city. On the flip side - I really do value my alone time as well, and looking for roomies who also respect that.

I haven’t chosen which college im going to attend yet, so im pretty open to anywhere. I do love the East Village, Brooklyn, Astoria, and Washington square. My budget is hopefully around $900-1250 but can be slightly flexible, but the cheaper the better. Im not too picky with the apartment because it’s New York there’s going to be downsides. Im hoping to get at least a 3bed or 4bed to split rent costs and to meet more people!

If anyone is interested and thinks we’d be a good match, my Instagram is @avery.ll and you can message me on there!

Also, if anyone has any advice for apartment searching and how to avoid extra fees let me know!

My maximum monthly budget 1,250

Lease Duration 1 Year
Age 21

Hometown Bensalem, Pennsylvania

We think Avery would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
