Apartment is a second-floor walk-up in a three-unit building (folks in the other two units are very kind and related to the landlord -- the tenant upstairs is the landlord's son and the tenant downstairs is the landlord's brother).

The apartment is 10 minutes from the 61st St Woodside 7 train stop and Long Island Railroad, an eight-minute walk from the Northern Blvd R/M train stop, and 30 minutes from Grand Central Station via the 7 train.

Landlord does not allow pets or smoking (cigarettes, weed, or vapes).

My name is Corey (she/her/hers -- cis Black woman). I've lived in New York for a little over two years. I'm a Legal Administrative Associate and I usually work in person Tuesday - Thursday. During the weekends, I like to roam around Central Park, go to art galleries, or check out concerts. I'm tidy, friendly, and pretty laid back. I'm hoping to find a roommate that's responsible, neat, and open to going to some free concerts.
