Gaby - $1,400/month

Hi! I’m currently looking for a roomie to move in by August, but preferably April/May.

I enjoy rom-coms, reading, working out (need to get back to a schedule), and want to learn more about photography. I enjoy going out occasionally, but recently prefer a jazz bar, wine and dine, or fun activities in the city. I currently work in healthcare, and have some days working from home taking meetings.

I like to have a tidy space, and if there’s any mess it’ll only be in my room. I don’t mind leaving dishes overnight if necessary, but would rather clean once used (no critters pls). I would like to have people over sometimes, but I believe communication is key and will let you know beforehand and expect the same :)

I unfortunately have not had the best of luck with roommates before, so I am open to a facetime or coffee date to see if we vibe!
