I am originally from the NYC area and joined the Navy right after high school. After 6 years in the Navy, I returned to NYC for film school at Columbia and NYU. I moved to LA in 2014 to help start a media company focused on military and veteran related topics. I oversee the production department of that company and produce and direct TV, commercial and digital projects. I also have separate Film & TV projects at different stages of development.
I am a bit of a workaholic and travel often for productions. I try to keep my work to the office (which is a 10 minute drive from home) and maintain a relaxing atmosphere at home as a separate space from my work.
I am also heavily involved with the restaurant and food community and like to cook often; something roommates often take full advantage of:)

I am looking for a roommate to move-in to the second bedroom in my 2BR apartment. The BR comes with your own full bathroom. It can be fully furnished (queen size bed) or unfurnished.
I do have a (very sweet) dog who I have walked by a walker when I am not able to.
The apartment is within a gated community with parking and many amenities including two resort pools/ spas, dog park, billiards room, 2 huge gyms, 6 tennis courts, beach volleyball court, full court basketball, etc.
I like the keep the place clean and to supplement the cleaning I already do, regularly, I have a cleaning person come every other week.
If it seems like a good fit, please reach out! I am happy to show you the place (and keep a six foot distance**added for current Corona climate).
