Max Xcel cost $100 each during hottest summer month

The room is wonderful, it has two bright windows facing north and west, with a big beautiful tree right outside your window, you have the bigger and more private room with a large closet.
The whole apartment has hardwood flooring throughout.

My prior roommate had all the furniture and kitchen supplies and such, so if you have a lot of stuff , I can accommodate that!

We have free shared laundry with the other units in the 6 plex. All the other neighbors in the units are wonderful, quiet and considerate, they keep noise levels down, no parties.

You will need to apply and be approved by the property management company as well

About me:

I’m 38, female, I currently work as a floral specialist. I have a background in business and counseling and am working on a path towards my counseling license. I love to bake, sing, dance and engage in anything creative! I love the outdoors and being outside as much as possible.

I prefer to have a clean and tidy shared space and live with someone who also likes a clean and tidy shared space.
