Hi!

My name is Gianni, and I am a student at City College. I was born in the Bronx, and I'm looking to move somewhere in Upper Manhattan or The Bronx. I like to have friends over, but I don't anticipate entertaining very often as I'll be deep in my studies. I like to live in clean spaces. I'm social, but like to keep to myself after a long day of school or work. I mostly stay out of the house. When I am home, I am very active at night (i.e. homework, cleaning, laundry). I like to cook a lot at once (who really knows how to cook a single serving?), and love to share the meals I make. I live for late night Target runs.

Currently looking for a roommate that comes with a guarantor, or makes about 40x the rent. My budget is $1000, and am open to taking the smaller/est room if roommates pay more.

I've reached out to a leasing agent for a brand new building in University Heights, and can get two month's free off a 14 month lease, with net effective rent being under $2000.
