Second floor apartment in a pre-war building with an elevator and laundry in the basement. Apartment features two bedrooms separated on opposite sides of the space. There is also an updated kitchen with a dishwasher and a full marble bath. I’m living in the front bedroom and the back bedroom is available!
The room fits a full-sized bed, armoire, and desk. The shared space in the apartment has all my furnishings so they will be here as well.
Very close to all the shops and restaurants downtown Manhattan has to offer (I walk to Soho for shopping all the time). Trains close by are the L, N, Q, R, W, 4, 5, 6, and F trains.
