Hi! My name is Taylor, and my fiancée Robert and I are looking to rent a room on a month-to-month basis and are hoping to move in ASAP. For income, I’m currently in the process of starting my own business in the beauty industry and Robert works as a cook at a local restaurant.

I have two children, ages 5 and 9. I have 60/40 custody of my 5-year-old, and my 9-year-old stays with us every other weekend. Outside of work and school, Robert and I are pretty low-key — we’re quiet, clean, respectful, and tend to keep to ourselves. We value a calm, comfortable home and good communication.
