Looking for someone mature, professional, or an ASU student. Includes all appliances - stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and washer/dryer. No pets, please. No smoking inside the home. Ample parking is available in the driveway, side of the home, and cul-de-sac/on the street. Very quiet neighborhood.
Room for rent is $950 per month. The security deposit is required at lease signing and is $950. Landscaping and pool services are included in the rent. In the area between the US60/Southern and Hardy/Kyrene in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Located close to Arizona Mills and 3 miles from ASU!
We are looking to share the space with a male or female. We are between 25-35 y/o. If you or a friend need a room to rent and you are interested in learning more, please contact us. We are two males and one female (working professionals) who need to fill 1 vacant room. The utilities are split and are in addition to the monthly rent. You must provide 3-4 work and 3-4 rental references within a standard rental application.
New carpet was also put in the living room by the entry of the home in late August. (Some photos of the common areas/exterior are from a while back so some of the decor/furniture is not the same. You can tell by the photos.)
