I'm looking for a roommate to sign a 2bed/2bath lease with starting mid-December in Marina del Rey, Sawtelle, Culver, or nearby areas.
My budget is $2200 max, although it should be easy finding a place for less. I'm ideally looking for a place with full amenities (in unit laundry, gym, parking, and pool).
About me -- I'm 26, work in sustainability for real estate investments, and would also love to live with another working professional. I have a hybrid work schedule but I mainly work from home.
I'm very active, love to travel, spend time in nature, explore restaurants, read, thrift, and have a night out with my friends during the weekends. I'm not the type to bring the party home. Very respectful of noise, cleanliness, others! 🖤
