Large room available in a spacious apartment. Looking for a kind, considerate, and clean roommate. Would prefer a professional female in her early 30’s. Would definitely be up for having some roommate chats, but also respect each others space and privacy.
The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and tons of natural light. Has central heat/air. Located on the 1st floor of a brownstone walk up. Clean, quiet building and friendly neighborhood. Close to the G train. No utilities included. Would split the bill for gas, electric and internet.
