Hi everyone, my name is Jenny and I am looking for a roommate from 3 to 6 months (can be discussed), $1250/month + utilities (anything between $100-$200). I am originally from Paris, but I've been living in NY for awhile, and Bushwick is now my home.

I am subleasing ONE bedroom, in a TWO bedroom apartment that is 4 blocks from the L and the J/Z/M (Morgan/Jefferson and Myrtle/Central). The bedroom is FULLY furnished and has a furnished balcony, the building is cosy, it has a laundromat, a bike storage, and a rooftop. I know all my neighbors and we all have a friendly relationship, I also know lots of other neighborhood neighbors lol, and they know me and my dog Salsicha.

Please keep in mind that the unit is lovely though and that this is a safe living space opportunity.
Unlike me, my sweet dog can't stand men, so, women only it is!

About me, I'm 36, I bartend, I practice martial arts, I love listening to music, and I value my quiet time.

About you, you are employed, you physically go to work lol, you sleep during regular sleeping hours, you are CLEAN and you are a normal human (if you have been told multiple times in the past to quiet down, that you should flush the toilet, clean after yourself, or that you should calm down... Please do not bother).

This is a peaceful home where good spirit, good hygiene and good education matters.
First month and 1 month deposit required to move in with proof of identity and employment.
