hello all!

i'm mica, (she/her) & i am a sober trans girl seeking a stable & safe living situation. budget is $1100 (flexible).

interests include art of all mediums, writing, music (listening & creating), anthropology, theology, sociology, philosophy (and its intersections).

currently seeking long-term housing within the range of 6 months to 1 year, looking at bushwick, ridgewood, & bedstuy but i'm open to other locations. would ideally close to the train, but open to other locations, would prefer to live somewhere quieter with less traffic/action. available to meet up & talk to get a feeling for each other + the space! used to be in nightlife & have since distanced myself from that lifestyle for my well-being, not looking for a house that's a 5 AM hedonism den. mindfulness & spirituality are a very active part of my life; some quiet in common areas would be lovely and helpful for recharging & relaxing (would love to share space in this way too!)

looking to feel out roommate energy & talk about the space + respective living preferences! minimum requirements are:
* trans-friendly
* has space for a sober person, i.e. no crazy parties or using in common areas, alcohol or other substances not strewn about
* roommates that are warm & kind, respectful of boundaries, keep a cleaner space, good communicators, & are generally easy-going
* basic furnishing would be nice but isn't a requirement!
(also allergic to cats so might not be great if you've got any x_x)
