Hello I am a landlord looking to fill a vacancy in my 4/2 house in Clairemont. My nephew (in his twenties) is a permanent tenant there, and I rent the other 3 rooms out to students. He works fulltime, banking hours. We are looking for a respectful, communicative, serious, student who can adhere to a normal daytime schedule ie no night owls, continuous gamers, big time partiers etc. He is fairly social-- having an occasional party but more often just has friends over to watch sports on the big screen TV. His interests are baseball, golf, fishing, surfing, and plays bass guitar in his "garage band". Band practice is usually Wednesday nights, wrapping up by 9:00pm as the house is located in a quiet family-based neighborhood. I am retired so I do the house maintenance such as regular yardwork, and occasional housekeeping---always announced.
