My husband and I are looking to rent out one more room in our house.
We have two room options:
First option is a medium room (9x11ft) with a twin bed, dresser and a desk available May 25. Could be unfurnished if we need it to be. Rent is $1500/month
Second option is a large room (10x12ft) furnished with a bunk bed (full size on bottom), a desk, a dresser and a closet organizer. This room has to stay furnished as us.
Bathroom would be shared with 1 male Tennant.
I am 37, a cell biologist and work at a small biotech startup, and I also work as a local childcare consultant for an au pair company.
My husband is 41, and works as a phlebotomist.
Our current tenant is 37 and works as a server for firestone walker. Bathroom would be shared with him.
We all enjoy hanging out and hosting BBQ'S and other events. Our yard is set up for fun with a shallow pool, a firepit, outdoor movie set up, yard games, a pizza oven, smoker, and BBQ.
We have 3 dogs (beagles) in the house and 4 cats. We are open to additional dogs/lizards.
