I am looking for a roommate for a large furnished duplex that is a 2-minute walk from Columbia University and Riverside Park. Love living here. Looking for someone who can preferably stay until June, but can also do shorter. If everything works well, there is also an option to renew the lease in June. I am clean and respectful and am looking for the same. Professionally, I am a budget analyst for the City, and in my spare time am working on a book and podcast.
