We have a bedroom coming available June 1st 2025! Home is not a looker on the outside but nice inside with decent sized bedrooms.

Ideal candidates are quiet, clean, respectful, not into partying at home and don't have much company. The current tenant is a disabled senior citizen. We're searching for ideal roomies for him. Someone that can sign a lease of 6 months or more. A 3 month lease is 640 a month.

Desired Candidates; must pass a background check, have 60 days of verifiable income and government identification.

Front and back door ramp
Deposit is $300 (can be paid in installments with rent)
Pets permitted with $150 deposit
