I grew up in Australia for 12 years and moved from Houston to Austin 5 years ago. This home is being leased by land lords where I have now resided in for the past year. I currently am a work from home nurse Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm. I stay mostly in my office during the week. I have a King Charles cavalier spaniel who is 2 years old. He is about 27lbs and the sweetest dog you would meet, gets along with anyone! Even kids and other dogs.

I currently stay in the smaller room in the front of the house and use the front office for work. The master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house. There is a fourth bedroom that is vacant that can be used for storage if needed. Pool, tennis court, basketball court, park, and community gym are within walking distance 4 houses down. I’m looking for a professional who is clean and quiet. Electric and water would need to be split as well as a someone to take care of the lawn.
