Hi Everyone!

Looking for a roommate to start a lease with in August of this year.

Prefer to stay in the north austin area due to work. Ideally the budget for my portion would be up to $1000 including utilities.

I'm freshly 26 and work in the service industry. I do have pets (a german shepherd, a Bengal and another cat that will never be visible during the day) and a lot of furniture so ideally someone who doesn't have a whole house to move and someone without pets 🙃 (3 is enough). They are registered ESAs so no pet fees or rent.

Open to male or female roommates and open to getting into a house if that's more convenient and affordable. Open to up to two roommates too.

Would definitely want to meet and look for places together as the date gets closer.
