I am looking for a place to share with you and my sweet kitty Willow Jean. She is hypoallergenic and loves to play. She is my registered ESA so is not restricted to only pet friendly apartments. A little about me: I graduated from the University of Iowa in 2017 and have lived in NYC since. I am typically up early and like my home to be a calm, relaxing spot to come back to - but I do like to occassionally entertain guests. I am looking for a nice building with laundry in the building and/or an elevator. My budget and move-in date are flexible but an ideal apartment would be a November move in with a budget around $2600 each or less. As far as neighborhoods I prefer between Canal and 23rd street but am flexible on east or west side. I look forward to chatting with you!
