Currently living in Durham, NC. I work as a data engineering director for a healthcare tech company. They've adopted an elective remote policy and I'm planning to move to Manhattan. My lease here ends September 2021 so I would be looking to move sometime around then but I'm flexible. I would likely split my time between working at home and a co-working space. Since I'm remote I could really live anywhere in Manhattan but would prefer someplace central or lower. I have a decent amount nice furniture, decor, and kitchen supplies that I will bring with me so that could help with furnishings; I only ask that they be kept in good condition. As for pets, I like both cats and dogs. Ultimately, for a roommate, I just care that you're a good human--responsible, accepting, and well-intentioned.
About me...I'm avid runner, skier, cyclist--really I do anything outdoors. Love to cook and make homemade cocktails as much as I like exploring new restaurants and bars (I grew up making paella, I will bring my pan and make you some). Into most forms of artistic expression, will definitely be spending time at concerts, art exhibits, museums, and broadway or off-broadway shows. Though I've been to NYC it will still be a somewhat new experience, would be great to room with someone looking to explore the city.
| My maximum monthly budget | 3,000 |
| Move in Date | Sep 2021 |
| Lease Duration | 1 Year |
| Age | 28 |
| Occupation | Associate Director, Enterprise Architecture |
| Pets | Pet Friendly |
| Hometown | Durham, North Carolina |
| Education | Bachelor Of Science Econ/Fin |
| Relationship Status | Single |
We think Sean would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
