Hello, my name is Joseph.

For the most part, I am a homebody. I'm somewhat reserved and very friendly - I get along with most people. It's just me and my dog, Grogu (11lbs) and fully housetrained. I am in a long distance relationship, I love to cook (and have been complimented on it!), I prefer a clean/sanitary living space. I love to listen to music and watch movies/TV, my interpersonal relationships and familial ties mean the most to me. I rarely have company and my sleep patterns can be inconsistent at times however, I am very considerate of those around me and prefer direct and open communication - especially if anything I'm doing is a bother to someone else. Harmony at home is very important to me.

Since I am an independent contractor my earnings look different than a salaried employee, but I am prepared to pay the entirety of my lease/rental term up front. I am an open book and am happy to answer any/all questions.
