Hey! I am a current college student triple majoring who will be graduating this fall. I also work professionally in the fashion & entertainment industries. I have been living in the city for nearly seven years now.

I am looking for one new roommate to join me and my other roommate at our spacious, tranquil apartment in the South Williamsburg/Bushwick area. We both are mature, clean individuals who are seeking a roommate with a similar mindset. Our apartment is our space to unwind after work/school/socializing. We also enjoy socializing with each other both at and outside our apartment. I will be spending much of my time this fall studying in the common areas/backyard/my room, while my other roommate will be out at work or when at home frequently spending time in our beautiful, private backyard. We both enjoy gardening (I have flowers blooming now in the backyard) and love plants, so it would be ideal if we found someone who also has a green thumb.

I'm located in South Williamsburg/Bushwick/Bed-stuy near tons of cool coffee shops, bars, gyms, and convenient grocery stores and bodegas. The apartment is a ground floor apartment! It's within equal proximity (8-10 minute walk) to the Myrtle-Broadway J/M/Z, Flushing Ave J/M, and the Myrtle-Willoughby G subway stations and multiple bus lines (2-5 minute walk).

This apartment is a safe space for anyone in the queer community. Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, a non-smoker (no cigarettes), and have no pets. No couples please.
