I live with my friend from childhood. We have a new roommate coming in end of April, and we are looking to fill the 4th room (master bedroom).
About us--
Niels and Dannick: Easy going friends since childhood, both mid 20s working in, you guessed it, tech! We like to keep the Fort clean and mellow (with occasional parties of course), and we are hoping to build some good camaraderie with the new roommates. We’re typically playing games/sports, binging shows, going on hikes, taking photos, and all that good stuff.

Master Bedroom in Fort Mason, San Francisco!
The house is pretty big (2 stories+basement, 4BD/2.5BT) and the lot itself is massive with some great outdoor space. There is in-unit washer/dryer and included parking spaces for all the roommates. All of the common spaces are fully furnished, and the basement is another common space (bar/couches/tv) that also has some exercise equipment (adjustable dumbbells/bench/indoor cycle). Must be dog friendly and happy to live with a dog.
The house is located in a very good spot with amazing views of the Bay and 3-5 minute walks to many places, including: the Fort Mason Park, Safeway, the Marina, Fisherman’s Wharf, Polk Street, and other fun spots. Commutes are relatively easy into FiDi, as the 30/30x will get you there in 20-30 minutes.
The master bedroom itself is massive, has 2 closets, a private office, a private bathroom, and windows views overlooking the bay. It's a dope spot!
The price is an estimate given that electricity & water usage fluctuates during the year. However we generally see it around $2150.
The security deposit is $2000.
