I'm an elementary school teacher and have lived in Brooklyn for eight years. I love long walks, park hangs, reading, and salsa/bachata. In the summer I love to use my time off to venture around the city and housesit all over the country-planning some big trips next year! Hi all! I'm looking for one roommate to sublet beginning July 1st and sign an 11 month lease August 1st on Rogers Ave between Park and Sterling

-The apartment is 3bd/1ba/one of six units in a small building (three-floor walk up)
-The apartment is two blocks from the B44 Bus Stop and 5-7 min walk to Nostrand 3/Franklin Ave 2/3/4/5, 20 min walk to Prospect Park
-The unit includes central heat/AC, fully furnished living room, kitchen with island, in-unit laundry and ample closet space (one in your room + shared closet)
-The third room is a shared office space with a desk and a stationary bike/some workout gear. Very open to rearranging the furniture and space, and this setup would be ideal for someone working from home.
