The Property:
Quiet neighborhood with the property on a dead-end street. Comfortable room for rent on the first floor of the house. Downstairs bathroom shared with other renter only. There is a private downstairs entrance, as well as a second floor entrance. Laundry is in unit in the downstairs shared space. All appliances are new within the past 2 years. New flooring throughout the downstairs living area within the past 3 months. Small outdoor deck area, currently unfurnished. Some exercise equipment in unit to use as well. Utilities included in the cost of rent (electric, gas, water, internet, trash)
The People:
We're a chill, laid-back couple. LGBTQ+ friendly, POC friendly, 420 friendly gamers that try to avoid drama. Nature lovers, goth/cottage-core vibes. We've got a dog and two cats, all pretty friendly and clean. We live in the upstairs bedroom, though the dog and maybe one of the cats might try and visit you downstairs. I don't really know what else to say.
What we're looking for:
Clean, responsible roommates are appreciated. Females preferred, or those of the LGBTQ+ community. Preferred no pets, since we have three of our own. Preferred no children. (issues with other renters in the past)
