        This room is the entire upstairs of 1200 sq ft house; about 360 sq ft. The space has four skylights (two of which open) and a window at either end. Super quiet heat and AC system in the space. The plants come with the room if you want or can be moved. Mellow dead end street with secluded backyard with garden space.
Cozy house with a wood burning stove and lots of houseplants. The household is made up of two mature artist/makers that work in the film industry. The homeowner/landlord has an ADU on the property but is mostly absentee. The main house is shared with one male and a cat.
We are hoping to find a housemate that is kind, respectful, responsible, tidy and chill. We are also primarily a vegetarian household and would prefer no meat preparation in the kitchen. Request person to not have remote work position, age 35-59.
Property owner pays for internet and trash collection. Tenants pay electric and H2O.
