Hey! I’m Andrea Garcia, I’m 23 and currently going to school online, which gives me a pretty flexible schedule. I’m in the process of job hunting right now, so I’m not sure of my exact routine yet, but I’m definitely more of a night owl. I’m looking to find a place in or around Overland Park, KS, and hoping to live with someone I can get along with — not just share a space.

A little about me: I’m a social and outgoing person who also loves my chill time. I’m big on working out, reading, cooking and baking (you’ll definitely get free treats and food), and hanging out with friends. I’m also really tidy — I like keeping common areas clean and picked up, and I’m the kind of person who wipes down the counters just because they look a little dusty. I usually clean up after myself, but I’m totally down to split up shared chores like vacuuming or dishes if that works better.

I have one cat named Pesto — he’s a year old, super sweet, and loves to play. He’s really nice, just a little shy at first around new people. He does well with other cats, and I’d be open to living with a dog as long as they’re cat-friendly!

I’m looking for a roommate who’s clean, respectful, and kind — ideally someone who’s open to being friends too. Dealbreakers for me are smoking (of any kind) and living with someone who doesn’t clean up after themselves. I’m easy to talk to, love animals, and would be excited to find someone who vibes with the same kind of relaxed but respectful living environment.
