hi all! im looking for 1-2 female roommates to apartment hunt with for a mid/end of june move in date! this market has been wild, and the 3bed apartments really seem to be the most affordable, updated, and spacious.

i’m looking to stay between 1800-2000$ pp a month. would love a dishwasher and doorman. would prefer if laundry was at least on site. Also looking to stay in midtown east, East Village, and anything in between on the east side of manhattan. Open to Lenox Hill if the apartment is really nice.

a little about me — i work in consulting in dc right now. i’m 23 and graduated from UMD last spring. i’m starting a part time bioengineering masters program in the fall, so i’ll be pretty heads down during the week. my general routine is working throughout the week (with some happy hours/dinners sprinkled in) and going out/being out in the city on the weekends. im moving to nyc because i love the city and a ton of my friends live there. i’d consider myself very clean, respectful, kind, and outgoing. i work mostly from home, but i plan to go into the office at least 1-2 times a week. i’m looking for a roommate who is also very clean, kind, respectful, and is just good vibes! best case scenario we hit it off and become friends!
