Hey everyone! My name is Patrick — I’m a senior at USF in Tampa, graduating spring ’26 and starting a hybrid software engineering job in NYC in August 2026.
I’m looking for 1–3 potential roommates to get to know over the next few months and apartment hunt with in May/June 2026. I’m open to NYC or nearby NJ spots since I’m still learning the neighborhoods.
Budget: $1,500–2,500 per person
What I’m looking for:
~1 bathroom per 2 people
Good natural light + real windows
Cool with a social apartment (friends over sometimes / occasional kickbacks)
Ages ~20–30
12-month lease
About me:
I’m into the gym, gaming, and amateur DJ’ing (always respectful about volume/timing). I love going out, nightlife, and exploring new places/food. I’m clean, respectful, driven, and non-judgmental. Totally fine with different schedules, and different lifestyles — just good communication .Open-minded, social, and 420-friendly. Really big into EDM (House, tech house, jungle, UKG, DnB...). I would also like to adopt a cat (or two).
The biggest thing for me is finding people I can eventually call close friends, not just roommates.
