Hi, I am moving out of state and need a male or female to take over my lease from February ( move in date flexible) to July 24th, 2020. My roommate Sara is a kind and loving roommate with an amazing dog! The apartment has two rooms, one bath, laundry on-site, large kitchen and living room and upstairs in our apartment building. The room is furnished (bed and desk). Our landlord John is also wonderful and very helpful. Please constant me if you are interested. Price can be negotiated a little.
