This apartment has a great layout and lots of charm. The living room and kitchen are sizable, and there's tons of counter and cabinet space - much more than the average NYC apt. The bathroom is also fairly spacious, with plenty of storage plus great water pressure. The bedroom gets nice natural light, fits a queen bed, and has a large closet. I've lived here for 3 years so the place is almost completely furnished, with the exception of any bedroom furniture.
