Hello, my roommate of 3 years has moved out and I am looking to rent out a room at Sherbourne and Adelaide. You will be sharing the space with myself, a non-smoking, sports loving, working professional. The bedroom will be unfurnished in an otherwise fully furnished unit.

The unit has a washer/dryer. The condo is fairly new and charming. Located minutes away from public transit, major banks, highways, groceries and major banks. We have a 24-hour concierge. Please note that admist the pandemic, the weight room, rooftop patio, lounge/ping-ping room and party room are temporarily closed. They should re-open once the provincial restrictions are lifted.

Rent: $918/month
Hydro and internet: $45-50/month
Lease terms: You will be taking over my roommate's portion of the lease
