Kirsten - $1,400/month

Hey,

I'm looking to move downtown to be closer to work and social activities. I was born and raised in Ireland but I have been living in Toronto the past few years!

I am a non-smoker, non-drug user and do enjoy a drink every now and then, but mainly with friends on the weekends! I do not tend to have people over and if I do it is rarely and only 1-2 people at a time. I am a young professional who is respectable and conscious of other people's spaces.
