A young Professional working in Public Health. I currently am starting a new full-time job and would love to move in by the end of Dec/Jan (open to an earlier date).

I prefer roommate with no animals.

I’m open to clean and updated apartments, townhomes, or houses to split rent within my budget.

I am clean, quiet, & respectful of others items and space and expect the same in return.

Before agreeing to be roommates would love to meet via ft or in-person would prefer a roommate that I can connect with/ become a part of my friendship community.

Also, for us to sign a notarized roommate contract to eliminate any future issues/ potential conflicts.

I am open to 6 months-1 yr lease.
