Hello! I am a 28 year old woman looking for a room in D.C. I will be moving to D.C. for a job in early 2025. I am married, but my husband is Italian and lives in Rome, Italy. He will be applying for a green card to join me at some point in 2026. Therefore, I need a year long lease.

I am relaxed, open minded, and very clean. I enjoy community building, but I also value alone time to recharge. I love animals. I don’t have any of my own, but pets are not a deal breaker. I consider myself to be respectful and value open communication. I look for those qualities in a roommate too.
