Hello, my name is Zach. I’m looking for a place to live in or around the Flowery Branch/Gainesville area for work. Ideally, I’m seeking a place that costs $1,000/month or less, not including utilities.

I currently work early weekday shifts (4 AM – 12 PM) and afternoon/evening weekend shifts (1 PM – 8 PM), and I plan to take on a second job.

I’ll be moving with my dog. She can take a little time to warm up to people and other animals, but once comfortable, she’s well-behaved—her bark is definitely worse than her bite.

My hobbies range from quiet tech projects to occasional noisy crafting, which I try to do only when it won’t disturb others. I keep my space tidy and make a point to clean weekly.
