Danny W - $1,700/month

I'm a normal guy, I clean my apartment probably once a week, non-smoker. I drink and would occasionally have friends over but likely would be out a lot of the time. I'm a consultant so there will be periods where I am not at the apartment all week but would be back for the weekend. I'm looking for someone who is around a similar age (+/- 4 years) who is laid back. I'm fine with pets although I don't have any of my own. Honestly I just need to move into a cheaper apartment so I can start saving money, we can meet up on the weekend (currently working outside of the city during the week) to feel each other out and make sure that we could cohabitate.
