Hi!

I'm a 37-year old male currently living in Harlem.

I have a great job with a good income that keeps me out of the apartment 50-60 hours a week.

Very clean, responsible, and considerate. All around amazing roommate.

Trying to F.I.R.E. (if you haven't heard of it, look it up!) by the time I'm 40, so looking to save as much as possible on rent between now and then. I use CitiBike as my main mode of transportation, so being in Manhattan is important.
