Hey all!

I am currently looking for a roommate to fill one of the bedrooms in a two-bedroom apartment. It’s a very large room with a private bathroom and a large closet. There is a lovely common area as well with a great kitchen and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer on the premise. There are only 8 units in the building which makes it very chill and quiet place to live. The apartment is a block away from the NoHo park and only a 10 minute walk from tons of restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping off of Magnolia Ave. I have a small pup named Marley. She is the sweetest little old lady, but unfortunately no other animals will be excepted other than fish. I am a very clean and happy person with a passion for life and I’m looking for someone to fill the space with the same mentality. I lived in NY for 10 years and have now been living in LA for almost 5 years acting and building my fitness company. The monthly rent is $1170.00 water is included and additional bills run anywhere from $100.00-130.00 a person depending on the season. That being said, I am very economical and like to save money so I keep lights and other devices off when they are not in use.
