Hi! I'm a doctoral student in clinical psychology who is looking for a roommate in her 2 bed/1 bath apartment in the UES, starting July 1. I would love to have someone who is communicative, clean, and doesn't mind hanging out in shared space with a drink or two :) I am also in a long-term, long distance relationship, so it would be preferred if you are comfortable with him visiting and staying for two weeks at a time once a semester (twice during the year).

My interests include going to museums, bar hopping with friends, and dog walking/sitting. I definitely need my alone time to recharge and decompress, but I'm usually up for a casual night out as well. I enjoy having people over, but it's not a regular occurrence as I like to meet up with friends out in the area. I'm also good at communicating when I'm out and when I expect to return to the apartment.

I like to keep common living space free of clutter, but I'm not strict about weekly cleaning. I prefer that a roommate does not smoke or use drugs in the apartment.
